華安醫學旗下之 CytoMore™ Cell Rescue Supplement (CCRS) 為粉末狀純化學配方細胞培養添加劑。藉由強化細胞增殖能力，提升細胞生長，可改善細胞生長緩慢狀況。例如：初代細胞 (primary cells)、間質幹細胞 (mesenchymal stem cells) 或凍存細胞等生長不佳之細胞。
各細胞適合的最佳添加量有所不同，初次使用，用戶須先將 CytoMore 配置為5種濃度，進行培養測試。依操作步驟將 CCRS 配置於細胞培養基，可得 5 種稀釋比例 (1X、1/2X、1/4X、1/8X、1/16X)，經由測試確立最佳條件，爾後可擇細胞生長最佳之特定濃度持續培養細胞。

CytoMore™ Cell Rescue Supplement (CCRS) are defined chemical components in powder form.
It is developed to improve cell culture condition. CCRS has excellent performance for low vitality cells, such as primary cells, mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) or frozen cell lines. To determine the optimal concentration of CCRS to the desired cell, follow the operation manual to create five working mediums under instructed ratio for evaluation.

CytoMore 最佳使用方式
首次使用 CT01-1BT，請搭配目標細胞之培養液，
配置成 5 種 稀釋比例之 CCRS，進行最佳化測試。
標記五支 50ml 離心管> CCRS 以0.5 ml ddH2O 回溶 >混和培養基以0.22μm過濾 >參照表格依序配置培 5種稀釋比例如下圖表
每個比例至少可用於 2 個 T-75 flask 或 6-well plate。可藉由細胞活性測試確立 最佳使用比例。
最佳條件測試:
首次使用 CytoMore，請搭配目 標細胞之培養液，配置成 5 種 稀釋比例之，進行最佳化測試使用。
