| Major Science was officially funded in 1994, and we started as an engineering service company, providing engineering and maintenance services on scientific equipment and laboratory instruments. About 2 years later, we began to create our own product lines. From this time point onward, we slightly move the business direction into a research and design based manufacturing of life sciences laboratory instruments.
Along with the development of the product portfolio, in 2005, we started to try to capture the global exposure. Our marketing and technical support capability is also built up and consolidated consistently for our distribution partners internationally. Because of our R&D ability and manufacturing capability, we also conduct OEM and ODM business for our customers in the industrial sector of life sciences laboratory since 2004. Up to day, the OEM and ODM business is still one of main business areas we engage.
