The RNA purified from supplier Q contains large amount of genomic DNA contamination. RT-PCR of zebrafish EF-1α gene. RNA were purified by kits from GeneMark and Q supplier. In the control reaction that add Taq polymerase only with the RNA products, genomic DNA contamination was observed from Q supplier.
